In World of Warcraft, the First Aid profession enables players to create and use various first aid items, such as bandages and anti-venom. Using a bandage on yourself (or another player) restores HP, while anti-venom can be used to remove poison (but First Aid anti-venom is not as potent as the ones made by Alchemists).
First Aid requires a lot of cloth, so you might want to buy WoW Gold to make sure you have everything you need.
Proficiency
As with all professions, First Aid has six proficiency levels, which are listed in the table below. As you increase your character’s level and your First Aid skill level, you can increase your First Aid Proficiency by visiting an First Aid Trainer. While any First Aid Trainer in Azeroth can teach you Apprentice to Artisan First Aid, you can only learn Master First Aid in Outland or Northrend, and Grand Master First Aid in Northrend.
Training costs WoW Gold, and the prices differ depending on whether you chose First Aid as your Primary or Secondary profession.

Leveling First Aid
The first thing you need to do is to visit a First Aid Trainer in one of Azeroth’s main cities to learn Apprentice First Aid. This section contains a table that shows you which items to create to level up your Proficiency in the fastest, most efficient manner.
Most of the recipes for the items listed below can be learned from First Aid Trainers, but a few have to be obtained elsewhere.

Get your hands on a Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage by farming the ice trolls at Zul’Drak (the item is a world drop, but the drop rates are better in Zul’Drak), and keep making Heavy Frostweave Bandages until you reach skill level 450. |
|
Now that you know the most efficient way to level up your First Aid skill, you’ll get up to 450 in no time. Bandages are very useful in the field and can also be used on your injured party members (and even your pets), so make sure you have a stack or two in your inventory at all times.
