Aion's Handicrafting crafting skill enables players to create earrings, necklaces, rings, glasses, staffs, and bows. Handicrafting is the most rewarding craft money-wise, as most of the accessories that can be made through Handicrafting sell for decent amounts of Aion Kinah. As with any other skill, leveling up your Handicrafting skill will consume huge amounts of Aion Kinah; training costs anything from 3,500 Kinah up to more than 100,000 Kinah at higher levels, not including the cost of failed crafts and Materials.

To level your Handicrafting skill, you need to complete 'work orders' that are given by the Handicrafting expert NPC. The Asmodian Handicrafting expert is Lanse, who can be found at the Temple of Artisans in Pandaemonium.
II. Leveling Handicrafting
To make crafting easier, position yourself between the nearest Handicrafting workstation and Lanse so that you can quickly turn in your work orders.
1.Right click on Lanse and click on 'Craft Request' to accept the Finished Wooden Staff work order.
2.Right-click the Handicrafting workstation to bring up the craft window. Select Handicrafting and click on the Craft: Finished Wooden recipe.
3.If you already have the Materials, indicate the correct amount of items to craft according to the work order and click on 'craft'.
Note: There is a chance that your craft will fail so make sure you have more than enough materials to craft.
4.Go back to Lanse to turn in your work order and receive skill points.
At 1P, you receive 1 skill point for every completed work order. Repeat this work order until you get 10 skill points. Your next work order will be for 10P and will require relatively more materials to craft, but will give you more skill points. As you increase your skill, the work orders increase in amount and difficulty of obtaining items.
The success and failure of your crafting are dependent on your skill level.
You can purchase more recipes and supplies from the merchant in your race's crafting area. As you increase your Handicrafting skill level, some recipes can be obtained from quests or monster drops.

IV. Materials
The Handicrafting expert will provide you with some of the core Materials, but you will have to buy the others. Some later recipes will require a lot of Materials and can cost a lot of Kinah so you may want to buy Aion Kinah.
Here is a list of Materials that you will need to buy to complete the work order quests (provided Materials not included). All Materials are sold at the Temple of Artisans at Pandaemonium for Asmodians.
