New Warlords of Draenor Area Detailed – Highmaul

Before we get to the meat of this post, we feel it’s important to mention that Blizzard’s long promised Argi pet is now available! Adopting one of these cute little buggers means 100% of the adoption fee goes to the American Red Cross to help fight Ebola in Africa. You get a cool WoW pet, and you get to feel good about it too!

If you’ve managed to hold out on Warlords of Draenor thus far, we salute you, but this latest update is only going to make it harder. Blizzard have gone ahead and detailed the region of Highmaul, in a new blog post called “Journey into Highmaul”

Highmaul is the seat of power for the Gorian Empire, the ogre civilization that ruled Draenor for generations until the arrival of the draenei. A massive city that belies the ogre reputation for brutish stupidity, Highmaul is full of bustling markets, wealthy nobles, and the roar of the Coliseum crowd echoing through the streets of the slums. Visible from everywhere within the city’s walls, Imperator Mar’gok’s citadel casts a long shadow, a reminder of his watchful eye and iron grip.

If you’ve been rushing through the content in Draenor, you’ve probably been there already, but most players are taking the game nice and slow, and are looking forward to meeting some of the incredible bosses that patrol Highmaul, you’ll need all the cheap wow gold you can buy to take these guys down:

Kargath Bladefist, a Warlord of the Shattered hand, and fierce gladiator and combatant. Driven mad by rage, he cut off his own hand in order to escape his incarceration with other combatants of the gladiatorial games.

Kargath Bladefist

The Butcher – He’s an optional boss, a cyclops and ogre born in the depths of Highmaul known as the Underbelly, abused and battered since childhood, he’s become a fearsome killer with a broken mind. No one knows his true name, and he only finds solace in slaughter.

The Butcher

Tectus – another optional boss, is the incarnation of the chaotic forces that shaped the very earth of Draenor… hence the name. He’s been enslaved and broken by the Pale Orcs, who are barely able to contain his rage.

Brackenspore – is the last of the Highmaul optional bosses, and is an Iron Horde juggernaut  imprisoned in the waters near Highmaul. An aquatic giant who spreads fungal growth and moss in his wake, driven by an innate instinct to destroy all civilization in Draenor.

Twin Orgon – As nasty as they sound, these brutish orgon brothers, Pol and Phemos are the elite guard of Imperator Mar’gok. They know only one thing, destruction.

Twin Orgon

Ko’ragh – an ogre who survived exposure to a strange relic unearthed by the greedy mining and excavation of Nagrand. He was granted near immunity to all forms of magic.

Imperator Mar’gok – The big bad, and grand Imperator of Highmail. The latest descendant of a long line of sorcerer rulers of the Gorian empire. A brutal, wicked, and cunning foe that you’d be wise not to underestimate.

And that’s our look at the majestic bosses that patrol Highmaul. If you’re finding any of these fellows unusually tough, remember you can always buy wow gold from to tune your toon.
