FIFA 15 – The Ultimate Preview

Soccer fans around the world are eagerly awaiting FIFA 15, the latest installment of the beloved FIFA series, which is the best selling sports video game franchise in history. The game is being developed by EA Canada and will be released in the fall of 2014. This newest installment will still have all of the things that fans have fallen in love with from the previous games in the series along with some great new features and an updated engine that will be sure to make it one of 2014’s most memorable releases. Let’s take a closer look at some of the new things we can expect from #15.

Emotional Reactions

Soccer is fast paced and highly emotional, which is one of the reasons why it’s one of the most popular sports around the world. In the past, video game technology wasn’t capable of offering much more than just the most basic mechanics in the sport. Luckily, with FIFA’s newest addition, they’ll be adding a full range of emotional intelligence for each of the players. There will be over 600 different emotional reactions that players will display throughout play based on what’s currently happening in the match, such as big goals or missed opportunities.

Real Time Tactical Adjustments

The artificial intelligence in older sports games leave a lot to be desired, but the technology seems to have finally caught up with and exceeded fan expectations, as your team mates in FIFA 15 will be able to understand what’s going on in the game and make strategic adjustments to their plays on the fly.

Better Graphics

Video game visuals are better now than they ever have been, and the creative team responsible for developing FIFA 15 is taking full advantage of all that new technology, as they’ve created a special physics-based light rendering system that’ll awe newcomers to the franchise and hardcore fans alike.

Electronic Arts is in a partnership with Adidas for FIFA 15, and part of what the titanic shoe company will be bringing to the table is a fun system called micoach. It will allow players to train individual players in 18 skills and 6 attributes to fine tune their team’s overall strength. This is something that fans have been wanting for awhile and now they’ll finally get it.

These are just a few of the awesome things that EA will be bringing to the table with the release of their newest FIFA game, so let’s take a look and see when we’ll finally be able to get our hands on it.
